We work with international fulfillment partners, so orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days for customers in the United States, depending on the specific product. Some items may take up to 20 business days during high-demand periods or holidays. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.

We want you to love your LITTLE BEES order. If anything arrives damaged, here's how to get it sorted — fast and hassle-free, with no need to ship anything back.

Our Promise

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund. That's it.

How It Works

Film your unboxing. When your package arrives, record a short video as you open it — this is the quickest way for us to confirm what happened.
Take a couple of photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Email yvcenterprises@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the photos, and your unboxing video attached.
We'll review it and get back to you within 1-2 business days with a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Why We Ask for a Video

An unboxing video lets us verify and approve your claim right away, without back-and-forth or needing anything mailed back to us — usually faster than a phone call.

What's Covered

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

What's Not Covered

Change-of-mind returns and claims submitted without photo or video evidence. Since our stirrers are electronics that come into contact with food, we're unable to accept returns of used, non-defective items for hygiene and safety reasons.
