Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Important Requirement (Unboxing Video)

• Customers are required to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
• The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits) and clearly show the product condition.
• The video must capture all 6 sides of the product clearly.
• This video is mandatory for any return, refund, or damage claim.
• The video must be shared with us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Requests without a valid unboxing video
• Incomplete video or edited/cut video
• Video not showing all sides of the product
• Used or damaged products
• Items without original packaging

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
• If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
